Design by Committee · Send Kit

Hayat Pharmacy — everything you need to send.

One decision is left from the Brady Street workshop: which direction anchors the brand. Each of the three recipients gets their own voice agent that knows the whole workshop and helps them pick. Test yours first, then copy each email — every link is already baked in.

YOUR TEST

Your Test Agent

An identical copy of what the team gets — take a walk, ask it everything Tamir, Beth, or anyone might ask, and make sure you love it before it goes out. Its own conversation, so it never touches theirs.

Quick reference

The three directions

Three honest reads of the same gap: the website performs the language every pharmacy uses; the operations are what nobody else can copy.

  • A · The Performed Pharmacy
Publish the behavior. "Every pharmacy says it knows your name; call at 2 a.m. and you get a robot." Pre-scored highest (27).
  • B · The Spine Behind the Counter
The real work happens at 2 a.m. and in living rooms; the storefront is the small part. (25)
  • C · The Pharmacy That Stays
Everyone promises to know you, then the person who knew you quits. (26)
  • Scores are a pre-score, not a decision. A and C name the same problem from opposite angles — an A+C hybrid is on the table.

What comes back to you

Each person walks, talks it through, and lands a lean. You pull it back to finish Chapter 8.

  • • Their pick — one direction or the A+C hybrid
  • • The reasoning behind it, in their words
  • • Every question they asked the agent
  • • Three separate transcripts — one per person
  • Pull a transcript back: fetch_transcript.py --id <agent-id>
How to use this
  1. 01
    Test your agent

Open Your Test Agent and talk to it like the team would — ask it to compare A and C, or why B is different. Confirm it sounds right.

  2. 02
Pick a recipient, review the email

Switch between Tamir / Beth / Levar above. Tweak anything that doesn't sound like you. For Levar, drop their first name into [First Name].

  3. 03
    Send all three

Copy each email, paste into your client, send. Every one already carries that person's voice agent and the dashboard link.

  4. 04
    Pull the answers back

After they walk, pull each transcript to see the pick and the reasoning — then finish the dashboard and the build plan.
